Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Generatives. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with us and apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services.

1. Services Provided

Genratives provides website development and software development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for projects will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the terms laid out in these documents, along with this Terms and Conditions policy.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and software created by Genratives for clients remain our property until payment is received in full. After payment, ownership of specific deliverables transfers to the client as agreed. Clients must not reuse, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without prior consent.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback to facilitate project progress. Clients are responsible for securing any necessary licenses, permissions, or third-party content that may be incorporated into the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in each project’s agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pause work on a project in case of overdue payments and will resume upon receipt of payment. Refunds may be provided only as outlined in the individual project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect indefinitely, even after the completion of the project.

6. Third-Party Services and Tools

Our services may involve integrating or using third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or compliance of these third parties. Any issues arising from third-party software or platforms are outside our control and must be resolved directly with the third party.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
